Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Painted Entry foyer, painted the walls and the baseboards, no ceiling,
• Exterior: Power washed on all the stone paved areas in the backyard and side yard, trimmed all the plants/trees, removed all the dead branches, added mulch on the side yard, repaired the sprinklers and the broken main pipe, reconnected to the main controller, planted native plants around the poolside and front yard with new layer of soil and mulch
• Bedroom #1 Second floor: Installed the carbon monoxide alarm
• 3 Bathrooms: Installed new ceiling and vanity light
• Living Room: Added Chandelier, changed the floor vent, cleaned the fireplace and added a mantel
• Second floor: Installed a new carpet
